The Adelphi kitchen keeps things honest and hearty. Starters worth sharing, crispy chicken wings, slow-cooked ribs, a classic prawn cocktail, give way to mains that mean business: Trinity Manor Farm 8oz Jersey burger, battered cod and chips, chargrilled gammon, Thai green curry and a sirloin steak for those who came hungry. Vegetarians are well looked after, there's a children's menu for the family, and puddings like sticky toffee and apple crumble are there to finish things properly. Food served at lunchtimes and evenings, seven days a week.
